Paddy's Pub Shadowbox

I made two of these shadowboxes of the Always Sunny In Philadelphia facade. I made one for my sister and brother-in-law's 30th birthday because they really love the show, and the other I made with the intent to sell, but I have it hanging in my den instead. I actually did these over a year ago, but I have been really bad at posting my projects. This will most likely just be a dump of the photos I managed to find. My old phone got damaged and I haven't been able to retrieve the rest yet.

Finding a straight image of the bar was pretty hard, but it made the work really easy after printing it to scale.

Why make one when you can make two for twice the price.

The foil ball worked great at making texture on the brick.

I wish I had a picture of the facade outside of the shadowbox...

Some Post project research. We were in Las Angeles this summer and tracked down the actually building they use for the outside of Paddy's. Supposedly Danny DeVito was just there moments before this. Darn!

Fun Fact: This building is used in a whole lot of films and the like. I know Fast and Furious used it, and Kelly pointed out the building in an old gogurt commercial from the 90s. Yeah, sometimes we watch old commercials for fun.
